In compliance with Clause 36 of the listing agreement, the Company has informed the Stock Exchanges the following:
“Due to pin hole leak in the riser line from one of the wells, Operator has temporarily shut down the production from PY-3 Field. The Operator has informed that there was no oil spill or other environmental issue due to this leak.
The Operator has commenced the riser line replacement job and the production would commence upon completion of the repair job.
The Company has 21% non-operating Participating Interest in PY-3 joint venture.
The Company would notify about the restoration of the production operations upon completion said repair.”
