In Compliance with Clause 36 of the listing agreement entered into with the stock exchange, the Company announces the following:
“The Company has informed the Stock Exchanges that with reference to it’s letter dated 3rd August 2005, regarding temporarily shut down of production operations from PY-3 Field, due to the failure of the FSO – Endeavor Mooring System.
The Operator has completed the repair job and restored the production operations from the PY-3 Field. The present production from the said field is around 6800 bopd.
The Company has 21% non-operating Participating Interest in PY-3 joint venture.”
