The Rights Issue and Allotment Committee under the authority of the Board of Directors of the Company has fixed the issue price and entitlement ratio for the purpose of the ensuing Rights Issue. The details of the same are as follows:
Issue Price including Premium : Rs. 76/- per equity share
Entitlement ratio: 1:3(1 equity share for every 3 equity share held)
