The Company has made the following announcement to the Stock Exchanges:
The Board of Directors have at its meeting held on July 20, 2007 approved a Rights Issue for an amount not exceeding Indian Rupee 6150 million in such ratio and at such rate as may be fixed by the Board on the recommendation of the Rights Issue & Allotment Committee, appointed by the Board, for the purpose of administering the said Rights Issue.
