The Company has informed the Stock Exchanges as under:
“The Board of Directors of the Company have at their meeting held on October 23, 2008 appointed Mr. Mukesh Butani as an independent director on the Board in the casual vacancy caused by the resignation of Mr. Rahul Bhasin.”
