The Company has informed the Stock Exchanges as under:
“ICRA has vide its letter no. RTG/Chen/139/08-09 dated November 7, 2008 received by the Company on November 12, 2008, assigned a rating of LA+ to the USD 100 million term loan facility availed / to be availed by the Company for PY-1 field development. LA+ is the adequate-credit quality rating assigned by ICRA and the rated instrument carries average credit risk.”
