The Company has informed the Stock Exchanges as under:
“Mr. Vikash Jain, Company Secretary / Compliance Officer has resigned from the Company due to personal reasons. He is proposed to be relieved from the services of the Company w.e.f. January 15, 2010 (close of business).
Mr. Minesh Bhatt, Assistant Company Secretary shall discharge the functions of the Company Secretary / Compliance Officer.”
