The Terms includes, and shall be deemed always have included, any modification, amendment, alteration made to the Terms by HOEC. HOEC reserves the right, to be exercised at its sole discretion and without any obligation to inform any visitor, to modify, amend, alter the Terms. Any modification, amendment, alteration to the Terms shall bind the visitor as if originally contained in the Agreement. If the visitor breaches any of the Terms then this Agreement shall stand terminated automatically without any notice or action on the part of the HOEC.
