G. Josephin Daisy
2015 – Present
Having started her career at HOEC, Daisy has quickly established herself as a young and dynamic corporate secretary for an equally young and dynamic company. Pragmatic, astute and enthusiastic, her inputs are vital to the company’s legal compliance processes and business decisions.
We caught up with Ms. Josephin Daisy for a chat. Below, is the excerpt of the interview with her.
How long have you been with HOEC?
It has been an amazing three years.
What makes HOEC a special place to work for you?
I believe that great workplaces are the ones that involve and empower employees by listening to their inputs, giving them opportunities to lead initiatives, collaborate with one another and make a meaningful difference at work. Along these lines, I would say HOEC is a very special workplace to me.
Which projects have been the most meaningful to you? Why?
Project KOPOU is very meaningful to me. This is because it was a key project that was successfully managed and delivered against all odds, thereby creating value to all our stakeholders.
If you weren’t in this profession what would you be?
I have had a passion for music and confectionery since childhood. I would have probably been teaching music or running my own cake shop.
Since you began your career, what’s changed the most about the Oil & Gas industry? Similarly, what has changed the least?
Unfortunately, I would not be able to comment on this, as I am not an industry specialist.
What is the best advice you have ever received?
Stay true to yourself and listen to your inner voice.
